1. Company Information

2. Products and Services

We sell digital products including, but not limited to: business templates, strategy playbooks, Notion dashboards, Google Sheets systems, AI prompt packs, and content creation frameworks. All products are delivered digitally — no physical goods are shipped.

3. Ordering and Payment

• All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and are inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.
• Payment is processed securely via Shopify Payments or Stripe. We do not store payment card details.
• Your order is confirmed when you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order and issue a full refund if we are unable to fulfil it.

4. Digital Delivery

Upon successful payment, you will receive a secure download link via the email address provided at checkout. Downloads are typically available within minutes. If you have not received your download link within 15 minutes, please check your spam folder and then contact us at support@satmatdigital.company.

5. Licence

When you purchase a product from SatmatDigital, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the product for both personal and commercial client work (the "Commercial Licence"), subject to the following restrictions:

• You may not resell, redistribute, sublicence, or share the raw digital files as standalone products.
• You may not claim authorship of the templates or represent them as your own original intellectual property for sale.
• You may use and adapt the templates for work delivered to paying clients.
• This licence is granted to the purchaser only and is not transferable.

6. Refund Policy

Due to the immediate-access, digital nature of our products, all sales are final and non-refundable once a download link has been issued. This is consistent with consumer rights regulations applicable to digital content that has been made available to the consumer.

Exceptions may be made at our sole discretion in the following circumstances:

• The download link is defective or corrupt and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• The product delivered is materially different from the description shown at the time of purchase.

To request an exception, email support@satmatdigital.company within 7 days of purchase with your order number and a description of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in our products — including text, design, graphics, templates, and code — is the intellectual property of SatmatDigital and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SatmatDigital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of our products.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant product.

Our products are provided "as is". While we make every effort to ensure accuracy and quality, we do not warrant that our products will meet every specific requirement, be error-free, or produce particular business results. Results will vary depending on individual effort, market conditions, and other factors outside our control.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
