Fulfillment Policy

1. Digital-Only Products

All products sold by SatmatDigital are digital in nature — including templates, playbooks, spreadsheets, prompt packs, and other downloadable files. No physical goods are shipped at any time. There are no postage costs or delivery delays associated with our products.

2. Delivery Method

Upon successful payment, your order is fulfilled automatically. You will receive:

• An order confirmation email sent to the email address provided at checkout.
• A secure download link granting immediate access to your purchased file(s).
• In some cases, access via a Shopify customer account where you can download files at any time.

Delivery is typically instant but may take up to 15 minutes in exceptional cases due to payment processing or email delivery delays.

3. Accessing Your Downloads

To access your purchased files:

• Check your inbox for an email from SatmatDigital with the subject line containing your order number.
• Check your spam / junk folder if you do not see the email within 15 minutes.
• If you created an account during checkout, log in and navigate to your order history.
• If you still cannot access your files, contact us immediately (see Section 7).

4. Download Limits and Expiry

Download links provided after purchase do not expire. You may re-download your files at any time by logging into your account or by contacting our support team with your order number. We recommend saving your files to a secure location (such as Google Drive or Dropbox) after downloading.

5. Lifetime Updates

All products sold by SatmatDigital include free lifetime updates. When a product is updated or improved, registered purchasers will receive an email notification containing a new download link for the updated version at no additional cost.

To ensure you receive update notifications, please ensure that emails from support@satmatdigital.company are not blocked or filtered into spam.

6. Failed or Incomplete Payments

If your payment fails or is declined, no download link will be issued. You will receive a notification from Shopify or your payment provider. Please retry the purchase using an alternative payment method or contact your bank. If you believe you were charged but did not receive your files, contact us immediately at support@satmatdigital.company with your order number and payment confirmation.

7. Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are delivered digitally and instantaneously, all sales are final. We are unable to offer refunds or cancellations once a download link has been issued, except in the following circumstances:

• The file(s) delivered are corrupted and we are unable to provide a working replacement.
• The product is materially different from what was described at the time of purchase.
• A duplicate charge occurred due to a technical error.

To raise a fulfillment issue, email support@satmatdigital.company within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a clear description of the issue.

8. Chargebacks

We take fraudulent chargebacks very seriously. If you open a chargeback with your bank for a valid digital purchase where a download link was successfully issued, we reserve the right to provide evidence of delivery to your bank and pursue recovery of the funds. We encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues before initiating a chargeback.

9. Technical Requirements

Our digital products may require specific software to open and use. Common requirements include:

• Notion (free plan available at notion.so) for Notion templates.
• Google Sheets (free with a Google account) for spreadsheet systems.
• Any AI platform (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) for prompt packs.
• A modern web browser and standard file extraction software (e.g., WinZip, macOS Archive Utility) for ZIP files.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure they have the necessary software to use the purchased product before completing a purchase.
